Return & Exchange Process
Products purchased from hoek.com are shipped the same day and will be delivered to you within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping process.
What Should I Do If I Want to Exchange or Return a Product?
In the case of product exchanges due to missing, incorrect, or damaged items, or for general return requests, please follow the steps below:
For return or exchange requests, please contact our WhatsApp line at +90 507 829 69 00 and share a photo of the received product along with your invoice.
Based on the information you provide, if your return or exchange request is approved, our customer service representative will give you a shipping code to use when sending the item.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be shipped to us along with the invoice included in your package.
In order to be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused and the original tags must still be attached.
Once the returned/exchanged product is delivered to us by the shipping company, the exchange process can begin. Please note that we cannot reserve or allocate products until the return has reached us.
When your return package arrives at our facility, the shipping company will notify you via SMS. After receiving this message, please contact our customer service or WhatsApp line to inform us of the action you would like to take.
Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
For all return and exchange requests sent to hoek.com, shipping costs for both directions (to and from) are the responsibility of the buyer.
